Iron Nest Barbell Club
A powerlifting and olympic weightlifting club, specifically for beginners and intermediate lifters who wish to learn, practice, and even compete.
We train out of Adrian Crowe Athletic Training, a private gym located at #115 7533 135th street. That means the gym, during barbell club practices and meets, will be exclusive to us. We have regular in-house powerlifting meets every 8 or so weeks, as well as a large chalk board displaying all members powerlifting totals. Time: 12:30pm-3pm every Sunday for regular practices. In-house meets start at noon.

Just a reminder: This last barbell club session is on SATURDAY starting at NOON. Doors open at 11:30am. Come in early to stretch/warm up/cry.

Due to the recent news on barbell club ending on the 22nd(that's a Saturday!), the following two regular Sunday's remaining will be *open* aka you're more than welcome to train what you like. I will be coaching 95% of the time to ensure all attendees receive as much insight, education, and learning as possible during these last few sessions.

Well since no one has shown up today; guess this is how it ends.
August 22nd will be the last barbell club. I don't have the motivation or heart anymore to continue doing it.
I'd like to thank all members past and present for taking time to come learn with me how to lift weights. You've guys have helped me become a better trainer and coach than I could imagine. I also hope everything I've taught you will provide useful for the rest of your lifting careers.
