🎟️ 1 Guest Per Class: You can bring a friend for free to any of our weekend classes (we have 2 classes on Saturday & 2 classes on Sunday!).

🔄 Switch It Up: You cannot bring the same guest twice, but you CAN bring a different friend to each class!

⚡ Double the Sweat: Bring one friend Saturday, bring another Sunday—let’s pack the room!

We are hosting a Free Beginner’s Intro Class at F45 Coal Harbour where we throw the pressure out the window:

🚶🏼‍♂️Zero Rush: We are doing a workout at a very
slow, comfortable pace.

⏰Adjusted Timers: We’ll be controlling the timers manually so you won’t have to worry about a ticking clock or rushing to the next station.

📋Step-by-Step Breakdown: Our senior coaches will walk you through the warm-up, the timing, the movements, and how the room flows.

This is a completely judgment-free zone.
Our only goal is to make you feel comfortable, supported, and ready to move!
