Shining S.T.A.R. – 8+ years of experience | Highly skilled instructors offering customized training.

Brilliant S.T.A.R. – 15+ years of expertise | Elite instructors with premium instruction.

After your trial, we’ll go over the best options—including rates—to help you make an informed decision.

So how else can you stay safe?

Here are some ways to avoid picking up swimming pool illnesses:

-Shower before swimming with soap. Don’t forget your hands and back your legs!
-Take a rinse shower if you leave the pool to use the washroom
-Never swallow pool water

A must have list of essentials for every new swimmer!

60 minute swim work out!

A wide array of strokes and each focuses on its own set of muscles. Practice them all to make sure every single muscle is in optimal condition!

It’s an all round exercise for sure!
