It’s been a summer of indulgence, balance, and good times — now I’m ready to level it up a notch.
Here’s what’s next 👇
💪 Workouts: 30 min at 7AM Monday–Friday (non-negotiable) + one extra class, run, or workout a week.
🥤 New habit: 1 protein shake a day to help me hit 100g protein and keep my muscles happy.
🍷 Still enjoying: A couple glasses of wine a week and meals out 1–2x (not 3+ anymore 😅) — dialing it back, baby.
Goal for the next 3 weeks (till Halloween 🎃):
Stay consistent. Dial in my nutrition. See what happens when I fuel my body right.
Stronger. Balanced. Consistent.

I’ve lost 20 lbs in the last 10 months, and honestly I feel f king fabulous! Posting the pole video because it’s wild how different we look when we feel confident vs. when we pose stiff. Confidence hits different.
