🚪 Doors open at 6:45.

🐒 Come early and move with us - with an optional warm up with (6:45-7:10)

👐 Open the circle

🕺 1.5 hour DJ set with

💫 20-30 minute sound bath

👋 We will say our thank you’s & goodbyes after the sound bath (finishing around 9:20) you are welcome to sneak out if you’re wanting to carry the peaceful energy into your sleep 😴

🎤 Option to stay for a high-vibe hip hop set & freestyle

🌈 Lift your energy back up and stay to hang out and connect after the dance! 🎶

💨Next, we rise into Air—light, expansive, and curious. Melodies dance like wind, lifting you into freedom and expression.

🌊Then comes Water—fluid, emotional, and sensual. Let the music guide you into a state of surrender, where movement flows like a river.

🍃Finally, we arrive at Earth—steady, rooted, and nourishing. Ground yourself in earthy textures and deep grooves as we return home to our bodies and breath.
