As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported me throughout this journey โ my athletes, clients, training partners, and the entire strength community. Your dedication, discipline, and commitment to growth are what make this work so rewarding.
The holiday season is a time to reflect, reset, and appreciate how far weโve come โ both inside and outside the gym. I hope youโre able to enjoy well-earned rest, meaningful time with family and friends, and a chance to recharge for whatโs ahead.
As we move into the New Year, Iโm excited to continue pushing limits, setting new goals, and helping more people build strength, confidence, and resilience โ on the table and in everyday life.
