Glistening silver foliage forms a compact evergreen shrub, displaying 2 inch ivory flowers with yellow centres in spring and summer. Performs best in gritty soils with sharp drainage. Plant wirh erigeron, Gaye’s, lupine and Sempervivum. Sun to part shade. 1-2’ H 2-3’ W Zone 8. Drought tolerant. Evergreen.

Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Hokomapfloy’

A showy rebloomer with a profusion of full mophead clusters of star-shaped flowers on very sturdy stems. Blooms start light green before blushing to pink in alkaline soils, or purple to blue in acidic soils. Thick, dark green leaves don’t wilt in afternoon heat. Outstanding in cut flower arrangements. Great for containers, mass plantings, or as a small garden specimen. A Monrovia exclusive. Deciduous. Zones 5-9. Filtered sun, partial shade, partial sun. Keep soil moist but not soggy. Spring blooms. Reaches 3 to 4 feet tall and wide.

Ruta graveolens ‘Jackman’s Blue’

Small yellow flowers top fragrant blue grey filigree leaves in the summer. Use as a beautiful evergreen foliage plant in the landscape. The foliage can also be used as a natural insect repellent. Attracts butterflies and is a larval host plant for multiple species of swallowtail. Plant with Lavender, Campanula, Dianthus, rose, Heuchera, Carex.
Full sun. 2-3 feet tall and wide. Zone 5. Drought tolerant. Evergreen.
