When it comes to building a b***y…
Women commonly struggle with how to fuel their bodies. They don’t eat enough, are unsure of what to eat and they restrict their calorie intake far more than they should.
I’ve made these mistakes myself. 👎🏼
I would under-eat, over-think & cut out carbs which only lead to feelings of frustration & being “stuck” because I wasn’t getting the results I so desperately wanted.
What has helped me and many of my clients is developing a baseline to track calories, create personal targets & understand how to manipulate personal macros to achieve a desired outcome.
The result is eating in a way that is flexible, sustainable and enjoyable while still allowing yourself to build your b***y and look/ feel good in your activewear.
