Do you guys have a hard time getting 8+ servings of vegetables per day? If you have a juicer at home I highly recommend pulling it out and dusting it off! Now that it's spring time, produce is much more affordable and refreshing veggie juices are a great way to ensure you are getting your daily needs of vitamins and minerals π I bought all this for 25$, juices are easy to prepare and convenient to have through the day for people with a very busy lifestyle like myself! No excuses, recipes and final products will be posted soon !! ππ₯ππ₯ππ

Graduate of Fitness and Health promotion from Guelph-Humber
CPT platinum level trainer through OFC (Ontario Fitness Council) as well as certified Group Fitness instructor
ISSA sport and Fitness Nutrition certification in the works! (Also Vegan, so if you need help getting your nutrients through a vegan diet I'm your girl)
Background in many sports: Soccer, Hockey and currently Boxing
Current work: personal training at and Group Fitness/ Small group training (CORE/HITT/BOXING)
