Sorry about the confusion with the location change, everything is going great and we are excited to meet at CrossFit Aurora Central tomorrow morning at 9am for first flight Weigh In's. CFAC is located at 189 Earl Stewart Drive Unit 5, Aurora, Ontario. The first flight will lift at 11am.

Ladies Flight- Weigh in, 9am - Lift at 11am
Men's Flight- Weigh in, 11am - Lift at 1pm

Hey everyone, we have some exciting news! Our friends at CrossFit Newmarket Central are opening a second location and they want The OWS Meet to kick off their pre-grand opening! We will be changing the location and moving it a few minutes down the road. All lifters will be e-mailed separately to be notified. Everything else stays the exact same. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!

Good morning everyone!

Now that we are 1 month away from the big Summer Meet the registrations are coming in fast. This meet will be held at CrossFit Newmarket Central and our amazing sponsors BioSteel Sports Supplements 646Weightlifting Virus, The Treadmill Factory, The Republic of Sport, Crossover Symmetry Canada, StrengthWOD and many more will be on hand handing out goodies and products.
We have our Mens and Womens Open divisions, Junior (under 20) divisions as well as Masters.
Who doesn't want the chance to compete on the same platform as THE National Champion Francis Luna-Grenier as well as several other national athletes? If you don't you're in the wrong sport.

Hey Everyone!!

We are officially 2 months away from our second OWS Competition at CrossFit Newmarket Central and we are very excited. Sponsors are all back and prize packs will be even better than the last one!

Sign Ups are rolling in and we want to have another huge turnout! Don't forget we are giving prizes to the gyms with the most sign ups as well.

Hey Guys, we are excited to announce that CrossFit Newmarket Central will be the host site of our Ontario Weightlifting Series meet June 20th, 2015!
Our last meet was amazing and most of the lifters are already signed up for this one. We want to see some new faces as well so just like the last meet we will be giving away tons of prizes for best lifters and teams. All of our sponsors are still on board so expect the swag bags and prizes to be even better than our last meet!
