It’s so hard to put into words what these past 10 years have meant!

Every morning, evening and weekend ride and RX training, every cheering finish, every class where the amazing music carried us a little further.. those moments created something truly special!

Cyclebeat was never just about fitness. It was about community, connection, and showing up for ourselves and for each other.

You trusted me and my beautiful team with your time, your energy, your goals, and your stories. That is something that I will always carry with me.

Thankyou for being part of this incredible journey!

💚 Breathe. Move. Give.

This holiday season, we’re raising funds to support kids with asthma through Asthma Canada’s Holiday Appeal and we’re doing it the Cyclebeat way: with movement, energy, and heart.

I’ve lived with asthma all my life. In my early years I had no instant medication to help me breathe during an attack. I recall my mom giving me a blue pill which made me feel terribly relaxed. Was not a nice feeling. I’ve had to avoid animals I love because of severe allergies, often struggling for days just to be able to breath normal.

But I’ve also learned when I became a young adult something very powerful: exercise made me stronger. Movement has helped me manage my asthma and improve my lung health. And now, with better medications and treatments available, I want every child with asthma to have that same chance to breathe freely, play, and live fully.

That’s why we’re coming together on November 29th and 30th for three special fundraising classes. Every dollar you donate will go directly to Asthma Canada and if we give before December 15, 2025, our gifts will be matched dollar for dollar, doubling your impact! Donation $15 or more.

Together, we can:
- Ease the burden on parents and caregivers
- Provide life changing education and support to families
- Fund research that brings us closer to a cure
