HOW TO START YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY
When I started out my fitness journey, I had no idea what I was doing or even how to start!
All I knew in that moment was that I hated my body and I needed to change up my habits if I wanted to live in a body I felt confident in!
I know first hand how overwhelming it can be trying to get started. With so many different views and approaches out there, how do you know what route to take???
Here are some simple tips to help you get started on your fitness journey today:
1. MAKE SMALL HABIT CHANGES FIRST
Drink more water, limit processed foods, eat more protein, increase activity.
You don’t have to go all in right off the bat. Start making small changes where you can and ease into it.
2. DETERMINE YOUR GOAL
Do you want to lose fat, gain muscles, toned...
Become clear on what you want and undercover why it’s so important for you to achieve that goal,and keep that in mind!
3. LEARN HOW TO EXERCISE & EAT PROPERLY OR GET A COACH
I wasted one year trying to figure out what to do on my own... until I got certified, and that changed everything.
If you don't have a plan, and don't know what you re doing, there is a less change you will get results,and stay consistent.
4. TRUST THE PROCESS
You aren’t going to see results overnight. Stay consistent and understand it takes time!

CAN YOU LIVE WITH THAT?
Have you ever wonder who you can be, what can you do, how it would feel just look in the mirror, and see the best version of yourself?
4 -5 years ago I wasn't happy, with where I was in life, work, in relationships, and what I seen in the mirror.
I could not live without seeing who can I become!
How is the best version of me going to look like if I just put in the work?
Maybe you can live with that, maybe you prefer instant gratification, instead of better future ,but I couldn't.
When I was in my teens I had a vision of me,my life when I will be in my 30s,and it got stuck in my head.
You give up or don't start because you don't see the big picture.
When all you see is directly in front of you, you lose the ability to see your finish line.
Remember what hurts now in the present is the very same thing, that will transform your life down the road.
I am so scared of having regrets on my last days,and that's why I am pushing myself everyday to be better, and live my best life.
Remember you only have one life,and one body so you better take care of it.💕
