When Summer starts to fade into Fall, our diets tend to change too. Remember to nourish yourself, your whole body will thank you. π
β‘οΈ Did you know that the average adult intestines are about 28 feet (8.6 metres) long?
Imagine your food winding through a 28 foot squishy tunnel. Fibrous foods and water help to keep things moving. The average daily fiber recommendation for adults is 25-35 grams.
Eat fiber for a healthier stool, which leads to a smoother exit, less straining and happier pelvic floor muscles. π₯¦

Pelvic floor issues are as common as low back pain, but not many women seek help. Your Pelvic Floor is important - pay attention to it!

Do you find time to rest in the summer? βοΈ
Summer is synonymous with vacation for a lot of us, but there is also a rush to do everything, in a short period of time.
Remember that a weekend spent at home, reading on your couch, (or maybe watching your favourite Netflix show π€£) is a weekend well lived.
Rest is not wasted time. β€οΈ
