Meet coach Emilly 🌟
Hi everyone! My name is Emilly, and I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
I’ve been a lifelong athlete with a background in figure skating, hockey, and soccer, and I found my passion for strength training 7 years ago. Fitness has always been a big part of my life. By day, I work as a Medical Radiation Technologist, and in the evenings I spend most of my time in the gym, which led me to take my passion for helping others and apply it to my favourite thing in the world—fitness.
Functional fitness changed my life 2 years ago through its unmatched community, energy, and the pursuit of being 1% better every day. Now I’m here to bring that to you.
As your coach, my focus is on helping you take care of your body by building strength and improving mobility for healthy lifelong movement. In my classes, I want to keep things fun as we continuously develop new skills, build strength, and work toward becoming better every day. Fitness has a unique way of showing you just how capable your body really is, and I can’t wait to be a part of your journey.
I’ll be coaching functional fitness Tuesdays at 5pm and 6pm

Hi im Mitch 👋
Im a Full-time firefighter and long-time CrossFitter with 15 years in the sport, plus some time spent in the powerlifting world.
I’m not the loud hype guy but I care about moving well, building real strength, and helping you train with purpose. You’ll get honest coaching, a focus on technique, and the occasional nudge when you’re capable of more.
