Come spice up your fitness routine with DanceFix! This aerobic style “dance” class combines cardiovascular training and muscle conditioning. Come PLAY!!!!
Kirsten Ho Chan developed DanceFix in 2008. Inspired by her dance background, she has developed a class that incorporates easy-to-follow dance moves with a high-intensity, fat burning workout. She envisions DanceFix as a truly unique environment that blends a sense of community with the benefits of physical and emotional release through creative movement.

Reminder: the Thursday 8:15pm westshore classes start in November, so u have lots of time to register.....everything else starts in the next week ;)
