I would like to rake this opportunity to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to all the volunteers that helped us make the run a success. From start on the evening before with set up to finish and locking the gate. Every single thing everyone helped with is so appreciated. Rock Coast with your AMAZING protein bars thank for your continued support. Spitfire Grill again running a water station thank you so much. Paula and Emily for running second water station. PBSA for the use of the park and clubhouse, YYJ, Sharkz coins, Sussex Insuance, Susan and Stephane for representing Wounded Warriors oh and Sarge, Yana thank you for being here, Colette and Rob, Rob for your help with set up that was so incredible, Patti for bag check and Jim unbelievable traffic control, Lynn, Donna for food set up, medals and so much more, Shannon Hall registation and prize table, Lindsay traffic control, Darren the bike marshal thank you, Maria thank you for coming out and helping put together all the swag bags.
Connie you were absolutely brilliant to cancel your plans and come out to do the photography simply amazing and so much appreciated.
Michael Hill no words can ever express my gratitude for how much work you put in this ma and pa event.
We may not have had as many runners but the spirit was something that was visible on everyone's face.

We have found a beautiful bracelet on park grounds as well asa jacket left in men's washroom. Please let me know if you are missing these items. Would love to get them to rightful owners especially the bracelet.

It's race day! The skies are clearing and it's getting busy with runners and walkers picking up their packages. Thanks to the amazing volunteers here at race HQ and out on the course!
