Life has been handing me some tough breaks lately. After spending a few months stressed out about my circumstances, I strangely started to loose interest in worrying.

Have you ever been in such a stressful situation that continuing to worry just stopped being a viable long term option?

I have learnt that in this life one of the last true freedoms is the possibility of not having a preference for or against any particular experience. Yet, this is rarely my nor most people’s default mode.

I started to get curious about how to enjoy more of my experiences, especially the ones I didn’t want to be having.

It occurred to me that I would need to be willing to try new things and see how they felt. Do something for 30 days and see what day 31 felt like.

So I decided to see what excited and scared me all at once. I’m not a morning person, I like to be warm, and I can be a bit sluggish when not modivated by a goal.

This is why I’m waking up at 6:30am, taking a 5 min cold shower, and doing Wim Hoff breathwork every weekday for the month of February.

I’m sick of feeling like a victim, of worrying, being stressed and of avoiding certain experiences because I feel uncomfortable in them.

I’m going out of my comfort zone in order to expand my comfort zone. To live into a bigger experience of life and experience aliveness in more of my circumstances.

Week one was hard. It was also beautiful, expansive, insight filled, cathartically emotional and brought a felt sense of clarity@and alignment. If that was week 1 I am humbled to see what week 2 has in store.

I’m hosting a month of powerful mornings in service to expanding your experience of Aliveness and growing your experiential comfort zone.

We will:
- Hop on zoom at 7am PST (camera optional)
- Pause the call to all go take a 1-3 minute cold shower (done individually, lol)
- 4 Rounds of Wim Hoff Breath Work with a 5 minute meditation
- Share our insights, reflections, and the wisdom we are taking with us from the experience, into our day.

This episode captures an absolutely gorgeous conversation with my friend and fellow 3 Principles Coach and Practitioner, Daniel Rodriguez. I was hot off the heels of a 3 week program with my mentor Micheal Neill when we recorded this and it really shows in our shared energy, propensity for reflection, and willingness to get quiet and drop in deeper.
