The June semester of the beginner reformer series is now open for booking. The link to register is in my bio or you can email or dm me. The beginner reformer classes are taught at a slower pace designed for intentionally exploring movement in your own body as well as learning the foundational concepts and traditional beginner level exercises. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome. Space is limited.
The cost is $120 for all 4 of the weekly classes in June ($30/class). Both e-transfer and cash are accepted. They are booked by the month as these classes are progressive learning. I also believe that consistency is key in seeing the progress in your practice, and that setting time aside for yourself each week makes a difference. That said, if you’re interested, but will be away, please let me know and I can work with you on that. Additionally, if the cost is a barrier, please reach out to me. I will see what I can do to support your movement practice. I want people to be able to explore movement that feels good, and I try to be as accessible as I can.
Please note that the schedule for June will be a bit different. Due to two teacher training intensives in June, the first and third weeks will be at the normal 6pm on Thursdays, and the alternate weeks will be at 7pm on Thursdays in order to accommodate the teacher training schedule. All classes will be held at LU Pilates in Market Square (202-560 Johnson Street).

Meet the studio, LÜ Pilates in Market Square, where you can find me teaching classes weekly. You’ll find 5 reformers with towers, 4 chairs, a mix of spine correctors, a full Cadillac (not shown, but she’s a beauty), and a ladder barrel (partially shown). You will find a wide variety of props and accessories like sitting boxes, jump boards, wedges, rollers, balls, bands, light hand weights, etc. There’s a lovely sitting area at the far end of the studio in the gorgeous bay windows with a little water cooler and beverage station nearby. Warm lighting, tall ceilings, and equipment that feels good to find yourself moving with. Come move with me! I’m open for privates in addition to the class offerings.

The beginning reformer class for the April semester is open for booking. Spots are limited!
This is an entry level class for beginners just starting out with their Pilates journey as well as those who want to slow down and focus on their movement. It is a slower paced class that allows exploration of the movement in your own body and mind. We go through beginner reformer exercises with skill building exercises. This is a progressive learning class. Everyone is welcome.
Classes are and booked by the semester per month. Classes for the April semester is $150 ($30/class) as April has 5 weeks. Link in bio to register. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to me and I will see if I can make it more accessible for you to maintain a consistent practice.

Great news! I am adding another class to my weekly schedule! I will be offering a mid-week reset and restore class starting in May.
This whole body class will focus on movements that help mobilize and open the chest and hips, strengthen the backbody, and find length and stretch. These classes will explore movements across the pilates apparatus such as the
✨ tower
✨ chair
✨ spine corrector
✨ reformer
Choice of apparatus(es) used in each class can vary, and props may be used as well.
This class is perfect for those who want to counter sitting at a desk in front of a computer all day, who want to improve their posture, embrace the mind body connection that pilates offers while building strength, and find strength, stretch, stamina, and stability in their body. This is your mid-week reset and restore for your body with movement that feels good. It is also a great way to experience and explore movement across a variety of apparatuses.
No experience is needed, and all bodies are welcome for this drop in class.
Classes are $30 at LU Pilates in Market Square, Wednesdays at 7pm, starting in May.
