Several of the dojos in our federation (in Alberta and Saskatchewan) gathered this weekend for a kumite seminar. We will be joining them in Lloydminster in May to learn more skills.

Holy smokes we are already into the second month of 2026! The good news is there are still spaces for kids and adults who want to train in karate this year!

So excited for the start of our Kids Karate on Monday. If you thought is was too late to get your 6 to 11 year old in, Good News! No charge for the classes until October.
