1 months ago I had to take to sad decision to stop bobsledding. I can now say that after fighting couple health issues this year, I will be back at sliding in 2022/2023. So I'm back at being team canada athlete 😊😊😊

update: After my concusion i had the chance to get back sliding this season. We were in Altenberg first in germany for the European cup. Then we went to Igls in austria for the next races of the European cup. I was competiting and we finished 5th. Now we are in the beautiful track of St moritz in switzerland for the Junior world Championship on friday

Late update. After 1 week quarantining in Ottawa we're off to Europe for European cups and world cups 🇪🇺

I have to step back from sliding for a little bit. Sometimes I feel like I could do it, I could push myself more and it was hard to tell that something was wrong and than I couldn't do it anymore.

It's also hard to have to step back while being in Whistler, on my favorite and home track. And no matter what kind of injuries, fear, doubt I had or I'll get. I'll still love this crazy sport.

Since it's not my first concusion, I'll now take all the time that my brain need to recover and be ready to rock it again. I hope to recover fast and be able to get back on ice. ❤️🇨🇦
