I will be teaching NEUROFIT on Saturdays. As we age, our bodies experience decline in both muscle mass and brain cell growth. Neurofit is a fun class that combine resistance and cognitive exercises designed to boost your balance, strength, and brain function.

Today and Thursday, the studio at CGC was filled with joy and happiness. Melissa Cyr, we danced many of your fun tunes. This is a small compilation of photos with you, people that were in class and others that were there in spirit. Yes, this is one of your legacies: “ZUMBA LOVE ❤️”. Thank you my dear friend and mentor. You will be with us forever❤️
