🥄 Yogurt – A probiotic powerhouse packed with live cultures that help balance gut bacteria and improve digestion. Go for unsweetened versions with active cultures!

Should You Train to Failure? 🔥
Pushing your limits sounds great, but is training to failure always the best move? Let’s break it down.
✅ When it’s useful:
For muscle growth – Stopping 1-2 reps before failure is ideal for hypertrophy.
For advanced lifters – Can be a strategic tool to push past plateaus.
On machines/isolation exercises – Lower injury risk makes failure safer.
⚠️ When it’s a mistake:
On heavy compound lifts – Failing on squats or deadlifts = higher injury risk.
If it wrecks recovery – Too much failure = more fatigue & slower progress.
💡 The smart approach? Train close to failure on most sets, but save true failure for the final set of isolation work. Balance intensity with recovery for the best results! 🔥💪
