đż I went vegan over 7 years ago and never looked back. Everyone thought I was hoping on a trend⌠nope.
đż The best gift I ever received was my cat Tiger Lilly about 18 years ago. Sheâs the best cat in the world.
đż Iâve always been a pretty anxious person but with fitness and therapy Iâve learned to manage it.
đż Iâm a hopeless romantic.
đż Being around animals has always made me feel mentally at ease.
Bonus fact 1: I started Planted Athletics with a friend about 4 years ago. It took a while to understand the business of online training but itâs finally paying off.
