5 facts about me that you maybe didn’t know:
Stole the idea from !

🌿 I went vegan over 7 years ago and never looked back. Everyone thought I was hoping on a trend… nope.

🌿 The best gift I ever received was my cat Tiger Lilly about 18 years ago. She’s the best cat in the world.

🌿 I’ve always been a pretty anxious person but with fitness and therapy I’ve learned to manage it.

🌿 I’m a hopeless romantic.

🌿 Being around animals has always made me feel mentally at ease.

Bonus fact 1: I started Planted Athletics with a friend about 4 years ago. It took a while to understand the business of online training but it’s finally paying off.

Bonus fact 2: My love language is food.

Bonus fact 3: I’ve travelled to every continent except Antarctica.

Yes this meal did in fact “slap” or at least that’s what my omni boyfriend told me.

What is it?

• Seitan fried up
• Broccoli

Sauce:
• Coconut aminos or soy sauce
• Sweet chilli sauce
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Brown sugar
• Cornstarch
• Water

Decor:
• Green onions
• Sesame seeds
