Good morning everyone
Well last week of classes then exams
Mentally prepping by working out...tried to tape a work out or a sample of my work out.
2 sets
20 kettlebell squats
12 ab rollers
12 8lb Med ball twist
Deep breathing planks
Feeling good
Nice to finally get that winter weight off after injuring/cracking my rib.
Back to the grind

Well Im helping out on a student film set today playing a bartender....takes me back to when I did a lot of this kind of work in Toronto in my 20s...kinda miss it kinda don't.....I love the new path Im on helping people gain control of their health.
