Last but certainly not least… our 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐬 💚

Thank you for showing up for these boys 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐭. From packing the stands in green and black, to the early mornings, late nights, and everything in between — your support never wavered.

The rides to and from the rink, the cheers from the stands, the energy you brought every single game — it all matters. It all adds up. And it’s a huge part of what made this season so special.

They say it takes a village… and maybe we’re a little biased, but we truly believe 𝐰𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭.

You created an environment that was fun, loud, supportive, and full of pride — exactly what youth hockey is all about.

Thank you for being such an important part of this journey and for helping make this season one these boys will never forget. 🫶🏼

Behind every great team is a group of incredible leaders… and we are so fortunate to have had that this season.

To our coaches — 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 just doesn’t feel like enough.

The time, dedication, and passion you poured into this team over the last 8 months has been nothing short of amazing. From the countless hours on the ice, to the work behind the scenes — video analysis, practice planning, and constantly finding ways to push these kids to reach their full potential — it did not go unnoticed.

Some more special shoutouts to the other behind the scenes helpers. 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘆 aka DJ Saj keeping the rink alive with the tunes, 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲, and 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝘆 for helping on the ice. And 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮 the Manager running the ship so we stay on course. Thank you 🙏

This group is truly 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥. Every single player grew, pushed themselves, and exceeded expectations. The 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥, 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 shown all season long has been nothing short of exceptional.

And the results speak for themselves…

The boys sealed the deal in the semis with a big 𝟵-𝟭 win. Now onto the OMHA Final Championship 🏆

The Spits are headed into the 𝐎𝐌𝐇𝐀 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢-𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 tomorrow morning, facing a 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭 from the Silver Stick Finals in Newmarket.

Another big battle. Another opportunity.

The boys came out with a 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 today and kept the momentum rolling.

First up was a strong 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐲 squad — a team we know battles hard every time we meet. The Spits stayed composed, pulled ahead, and earned a solid 𝟒–𝟏 𝐰𝐢𝐧 💪🏼

Next up was 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐤, and the boys delivered another strong, determined performance. A big win that 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 and sends the Spits to the 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢-𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 🟢⚫️

The Spits came out buzzing to kick off the OMHA Championship. Flying around the ice, making crisp passes, and working just as hard on the backcheck as the forecheck — a complete team effort from start to finish.
