20 years of daily meditation, and I thought I knew peace... then everything changed. 🙏
I just got back from the Sanyam 2 course with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar at the Canadian Art of Living center, and the experience was truly incredible. If you've been committed to a practice for a long time and wonder if it can get better, the answer is a resounding YES.
I realized I have so much more to learn, and that's the most exciting gift of all. Stick with your path—the payoff is profound!

We live in a culture of speed. Fast food. Fast internet. Fast fixes.
So it’s no surprise that many expect healing to work the same way.
And when it doesn’t? We think we’re failing.
But the truth is, you’re not failing. You’re just deeper than the quick fixes.
Healing doesn’t need to match the world’s pace.
It needs to move to yours.

Ever feel like you should have it all figured out by now?
I’ve been there, pushing to get to the finish line, only to realize there isn’t one. The real work? Slowing down. Give yourself patience and kindness to go deeper.
I've found that is where the change actually happens.

What’s your way to find peace of mind?
For me, it often starts with something simple: breathing.
It doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes just a few intentional breaths can give us the reset we’ve been looking for.

We’ve all wished it worked like this: do one small thing, get instant results.
Drink a shake → get fit.
Take a deep breath → never feel stress again.
But life doesn’t work that way. Growth isn’t a one-time thing. It’s an everyday thing.

Ever try a gratitude list, meditation, or breathwork and feel like, this isn’t working?
You’re not broken. It’s just that one tiny practice can’t balance out years of habits, pain, or stories we’ve carried. The shift happens when we stop expecting quick fixes and start allowing the process to unfold.

Healing takes time. And that’s not a bad thing.
Quick fixes might feel good in the moment, but real change comes when we allow ourselves to slow down. I talk about this in my new video, why depth matters more than speed.

We live in a culture that wants everything fast: fast food, fast internet, fast results. It’s no surprise that many of us bring that same expectation into our healing. We try gratitude lists, meditation, or breathing once or twice, and when it doesn’t “work” right away, we feel like something’s wrong with us.
The truth? Nothing’s wrong with you. Healing isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about depth, patience, and learning your way back to peace of mind.
In my new video, I explain why rushing your healing only frustrates you and how slowing down creates space for real change. I’ll also walk you through a simple breathing practice you can try right now, a 30-second reset I often use when working with men who carry a lot of stress.

We’ve all done it, snapped, lashed out, said something we wish we could take back. And then we patch it with an “I’m sorry,” hoping it’s enough.
But sometimes, the weight of our anger sticks with the other person long after. So here’s the harder question: what work do you still need to do with your anger?
