Take some time for ‘you’ in Kenora this summer. ☀️🧘🏽 Whether you’re looking for gentle movement or complete relaxation, we have the perfect practices waiting for you. Join Vanessa to pause, breathe, reconnect, and melt into deep relaxation while taking in healing sounds and calming lake views. 🌲🥣🎶

Open to all levels - no previous yoga experience needed!

🗓 Saturday Morning Schedule (75 minute practices begin at 10:00 a.m.)
⁃ July: 18 & 25
⁃ August: 8, 15, 22 & 29

✨ Choose from:
⁃ Slow Flow/Yin: A gentle blend of slow movement and deep, passive yin postures before we sink into final relaxation.
⁃ Yin/Restorative: A combination of deep, nourishing stretches and purely restorative postures for complete relaxation.

➡️ What to Bring:
A yoga mat, yoga strap, and a bolster or pillow if you have them. An eye cover can also be nice to have.
