Today, on World Embroidery Day, we celebrate the beauty of Ukrainian embroidery.

Each embroidered design reflects generations of artistry, culture, and identity. Through its intricate patterns and timeless artistry, Ukrainian embroidery continues to honour the heritage and values that have been passed down through generations.

Every performance is an opportunity to celebrate and represent Ukrainian culture, and we’re honoured to share this beautiful part of our heritage each time we take the stage❤️

On June 20, we had the honour of performing at the wedding of our beloved Rusalka member, Matthew, and his beautiful bride, Madison 💍🥂

It was a beautiful celebration of love, and we were so happy to see two people who mean so much to our group surrounded by family and friends on their special day.

Congratulations, Matthew and Madison!
Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, happiness, and beautiful memories. Your Rusalka family is so happy for you both and was honoured to be part of such a special day❤️

Our hearts are with everyone affected by the devastating flooding in Dauphin and the surrounding communities.

We are deeply saddened to hear that Canada’s National Ukrainian Festival has been cancelled. We know how much this cherished tradition means to so many, and we share in the disappointment of performers, volunteers, organizers, vendors, and everyone who looks forward to this special celebration each year.

We are keeping the entire community in our thoughts and sending strength, hope, and love during this difficult time. We look forward to gathering together again in 2027. 🇺🇦❤️

From Friday through Sunday, we were honoured to headline the Grandstand stage, sharing our passion for Ukrainian dance alongside so many talented artists and performers.

Thank you to the festival organizers for all of your hard work, to the volunteers who helped make the weekend such a success, and to everyone who stopped by to cheer us on. Your support means so much, and we’re grateful to have shared this celebration of Ukrainian culture with you all.
