We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Winnipeg Jewish Theatre and Rainbow Stage for the incredible opportunity to be part of such a large-scale production as Fiddler on the Roof.
For our ensemble, Rusalka, this was a tremendous honour, a great joy, and a truly special experience. We had the opportunity to contribute to a powerful story that brought together music, dance, acting, and an unforgettable atmosphere on stage.
This project was especially meaningful for us because, for the first time, our dancers were asked not only to dance, but also to explore acting on a much deeper level — to become part of the story and truly live it on stage together with the entire cast.
The production process took a long time. There were countless rehearsals, hard work, exhaustion, changes, and constant searching for the best artistic choices. But the final result made every effort worthwhile. The audience response, full houses, sold-out performances, and additional shows became the greatest reward for the entire team.
And yes — we did it! ❤️
Once again, we would like to thank absolutely everyone who contributed to bringing this production to life: the costume team, makeup artists, choreographers, the incredible team responsible for the beautiful sets, lighting and sound, the musicians, and the orchestra.
And, of course, our special thanks go to the entire cast. It was because so many different people came together as one team that we were able to create real magic for the audience.
We truly hope this will not be our final project together and that one day you will see us sharing the Rainbow Stage once again.
Thank you to every audience member for your applause, your emotions, your support, and every “Bravo!” we heard.
It was a true honour for us to be part of this incredible production.
Fiddler on the Roof is a story and an experience we will remember for a very long time. 🎭❤️
