Meet Brooke!
Brooke is an Athletic Therapist (AT) and Neuro-Reconditioning Practitioner (NRP) with over 20 years of experience in sport medicine, specializing in movement, recovery, and performance optimization.
A University of Alberta Varsity Therapist alum, Brooke has supported Pandas Basketball and Pandas Hockey, consulted with a Snowboard Canada Paralympic athlete, and currently serves as a member of the Canadian Pro Rodeo Sport Medicine Team.
She works within interdisciplinary sport medicine, chronic pain, and concussion clinics, collaborating closely with physicians and rehabilitation professionals to support athletes and active individuals of all levels.
Brooke brings a highly skilled, compassionate, and collaborative approach to care—helping clients move better, recover fully, and perform with confidence.

A huge congratulations to our MNDFL mover .whit.me2023 , our founder .mndfl, and friends Whitney & Shannon for participating in the Calgary Servus Credit Union Marathon weekend this past Saturday. 👏
Whether it’s on the reformer, in the studio, on the pavement, or showing up for yourself in new ways — we love seeing movement carried into real life. The dedication, consistency, and resilience it takes to train for an event like this is something worth celebrating.
So proud of this crew and the incredible energy they continue to bring into the MNDFL community. 💛

Marianne organized her second annual Movement for Mental Health fundraiser — raising over $2000 for Adeara Recovery Centre here in Edmonton.
Adeara is a long-term residential recovery centre supporting women through addiction — while allowing them to stay with their children. Their work creates space for healing, stability, and rebuilding lives as a family.
This is the kind of impact that ripples far beyond one event.
Marianne — your heart, your leadership, and your commitment to this community is something really special. We’re so lucky to have you in this space.
