Hockey has helped me learn how to work as a team with others, aswell as taught me discipline in everything I do

work hard and enjoy every game, practice, and workout. it goes by faster than you think so make it count.

resilience. how to push through the fire and be able to work hard in the toughest moments.

What are your plans after U18 hockey?

to continue skating and playing hockey, and pursue an education in psychology.
How has hockey prepared you for your future?

hockey has taught me the ability to be focused and optimistic in hard situations. It has also taught me the importance of respect, accountability, and consistency towards the future.
What would you like to say to your parents or family?

thank you for everything. All the endless love, support, and the early mornings, late nights, and long drives. I am truly blessed and thankful to have such a huge support system and I wouldn’t be able to do this without them.

Playing for 9 years.

Who has influenced your hockey journey the most?

I was influenced by Sidney Crosby.

What advice would you give younger players coming up?

I’d tell younger kids that you are never defined by what others say and always push yourself to be the version of yourself that you want to become.

What’s one lesson hockey has taught you that you’ll use in life?

Hockey taught me to be resilient and always able to get back up.

Favorite team snack or post-game food?

Fav snack had to be dried mangos shout out Sophia 🫶.

What are your plans after U18 hockey?

After u18 is tbd wherever the wind takes me.

How has hockey prepared you for your future?

Hockey prepared me for the future by teaching me that there is always something to look forward to.

What would you like to say to your parents or family?

I’d like to say thank you to my parents for always supporting my dreams and making it possible for me to play and to the rest of my family I’m so grateful for how supportive and loving they are.
