Hockey has helped me learn how to work as a team with others, aswell as taught me discipline in everything I do

work hard and enjoy every game, practice, and workout. it goes by faster than you think so make it count.

resilience. how to push through the fire and be able to work hard in the toughest moments.

What are your plans after U18 hockey?

to continue skating and playing hockey, and pursue an education in psychology.
How has hockey prepared you for your future?

hockey has taught me the ability to be focused and optimistic in hard situations. It has also taught me the importance of respect, accountability, and consistency towards the future.
What would you like to say to your parents or family?

thank you for everything. All the endless love, support, and the early mornings, late nights, and long drives. I am truly blessed and thankful to have such a huge support system and I wouldn’t be able to do this without them.
