🚫 Stop raw doggin’ caffeine in the morning you sicko. Your system needs time to warm up before you hit the boosters.
đźš« Stop rushing. Give yourself some space to ease into the day. How you start the day sets the whole tone.
Any rebuttal you have to any of these recommendations is an excuse. NONE of these are essential for your survival. If you think caffeine is, your system is in worse shape that you think.
Cut them out, give your body what it needs and watch how you start feeling.

Your morning is either working for you or against you. Most people don’t realize it’s the latter.
Here are 3 things I do every single morning to eliminate brain fog, boost energy, and finally sleep like a human again:
1. No phone for the first hour.
Your phone emits blue light. Blue light in the morning suppresses melatonin and triggers a cortisol spike at the wrong time — disrupting your circadian rhythm before the day has even started. Your nervous system needs a slow, clean wake-up. An alarm clock does the job. Your phone does not.
2. Water + a pinch of salt. Before anything else.
You wake up dehydrated. Every single morning. After 7-8 hours without water your cells are running on empty, your digestion is sluggish, and your brain is already behind. Salt helps your body actually absorb the water at a cellular level. This one habit alone will change how you feel within 20 minutes of waking up.
3. Morning sunlight. Non-negotiable.
This is the most important one. Sunlight hitting your eyes and skin in the first hour of the day triggers a cascade of hormones that set your entire biological clock. It sharpens cortisol at the right time, regulates serotonin, and — critically — tells your body when to release melatonin that night. No sunlight in the morning means poor sleep at night. It’s that direct. Even on a cloudy day, get outside for 10-20 minutes.
These aren’t biohacks. They’re the basics your body was designed for — and that modern life has quietly stripped away.

Joy = A state of being, the long game.
Happiness = A dopamine hit, the quick fix.
So many of us are striving for the wrong thing. We think more external validation, accolades or stuff will make us “happier”. And you aren’t wrong. The problem is, that happiness won’t last. It’s fleeting.
Joy on the other hand, that’s an inner game. Entering a state of gladness requires a level of acceptance and surrender that most humans do not possess. That’s why it’s so illusive.
Happiness is easy to get. Just go buy something you’ve wanted for a long time, you’ll get it. And watch as days, weeks and months pass by and that thing looses value. That’s happiness leaving your life.
Joy is much harder to get, it takes work. It takes falling in love with the naked, raw, real and flawed self. It takes accepting life’s circumstances and feeling grateful for everything in spite of all the challenges. It takes rewiring cravings into gratitudes. It takes friction.
Joy will transform your life, happiness distracts you from it. Let’s start mining for the good stuff, the other is simply unsustainable.
