PK FITNESS is still in effect but the owner has been working in a gym with clients now Mon-Fridays 6am-2pm. Virtual booking is available daily 3pm-8pm and in person trainings can be discussed.

Overall Review of PK FITNESS WAIST TRAINER vs WHAT WAIST Trimmer

I like the full coverage of the What Waist Waist trainer and the sweat band built inside. Very tight with secureness but it was hard went I got to the core excercises to move around in.

My PK FITNESS waist trainer does not come down as long but it holds tight with better compression for my back and I can use it my whole workout with ease and no discomfort.

I have always used more than 1 waist trainer/trimmer to get the job done and one day I'll create one with everything in one🙌🏾
