"There is NO menopause workout."
That was one of the biggest takeaways from my conversation with Lorna Kleidman.
And honestly?
She's right.
If a man walks into a session exhausted because he didn't sleep, a good coach adjusts the workout.
If a woman walks into a session exhausted because of hot flashes, poor sleep, or perimenopause, a good coach adjusts the workout.
The principle is exactly the same.
You don't need a magical "menopause workout."
You need intelligent coaching.
You need someone who understands recovery, stress, sleep, energy levels, joint health, and how to adjust training based on what your body is telling you that day.
Humans are humans.
Some days you push.
Some days you pull back.
That's called coaching.
The fitness industry loves creating labels because labels sell programs.
But your body doesn't care about marketing.
It responds to appropriate training, progressive overload, recovery, movement, and consistency.
