Today, we celebrate not only the birthday of our Chief Instructor in Switzerland, but the remarkable woman and martial artist who continues to inspire all of us.

Sa Bom Nim Petra is fearless. Strong. Determined.

She is a woman who does not shy away from challenges, who faces obstacles head-on, and who constantly strives for something greater. Her strength is not only found in her technique or her lifetime achievements - it is found in her will to grow, to lead, and to care about her students.

As martial artists, we learn that the path is never about being perfect. It is about having the courage to keep walking, the discipline to keep training, and the strength to stand back up whenever we fall.

Sa Bom Nim Petra embodies that spirit.

She challenges us to push beyond what we believe we can do. She sets high standards because she believes in our potential. Her journey, her determination, and her passion for Tang Soo Do are an inspiration to our entire community.

📌 Training Session In Langmatt Museum's Stunning Garden

Yesterday, something artistic happened!

Langmatt is one of Baden's historic treasures, rich in history, culture, and beauty. After several years of careful renovation, the museum reopened in May 2026 and now welcomes visitors to an exceptional collection of around 50 masterpieces by some of the greatest French Impressionist artists, including Cassatt, Cézanne, Degas, Gauguin, Monet, Pissarro, Renoir, and Sisley. This remarkable collection was assembled between 1900 and 1933 by Sidney and Jenny Brown, two important figures in Baden's history.

Beyond its extraordinary art collection, Langmatt offers a peaceful, bucolic garden: a place of calm, harmony, and quiet reflection. Perfect for self-discovery.

Inspiring works of art, a magnificent garden, and the practice of Tang Soo Do... what more could you ask for to reconnect with nature, body, and mind?
