Tadej Pogačar states he’s in his best ever shape ahead of the Tour de France.

“During our training camp in Sierra Nevada, there’s a climb I tested myself on last year... I was clearly quicker than I’d been last year. So yes, I’d say I’m stronger than I was in the last year from a training standpoint.”

This video shows him on that very ride cruising away from who pushed 450w for a while to try to stay with him. No shame in getting dropped hey?

So, he’s gonna win big right?

Thanks for the vid and picture Matt.

Quick edit of a stunning ride with at the Tour de Suisse stage 2. A long hot climb of 22km but stunning views and an incredible descent back down to Lago Di Maggiore.

The photos speak for themselves. Awesome ride on the Joux Plane from Morzine.

Spent a great day representing World Bicycle Relief at the yesterday thanks to the team at PwC Switzerland. After watching the women finish (great win in a classic Italian national champs jersey for Elisa Longo Borghini ) we headed out on a ride to climb the hidden gem of Alpe di Neggia.

Hot hot hot on this 22km climb way up into the hills above Lago Maggiore. It was a pleasure to take a cold shower before dashing out to watch the finish of the men’s race.

Nothing better than watching bike races and riding bikes.

As Tina Turner sang, Today was Simply the Best.

Windy, sunny, the quietest roads you can ever imagine, great company, amazing coffee stop with a sirop citron with sparkling water. Just perfect.

People say that this loop is better than riding Ventoux. What do you think?

Sunshine, 21 hairpins, Tour de France history … and no cows.

Day 3 of our French Alpes and Ventoux tour took us to the legendary Alpe d’Huez. Everyone rode superbly on a hot day. A bit disappointed the Sarenne was closed but it was fun to descend the 21 hairpins back down to Bourg d’Oisans.

What do you think of the climb to ‘the Alpe’? Ever watched the Tour here?

Tunnels, hairpins, steeps … and yes more cows.

Day 2 of our French Alps and Ventoux tour took us up the Col de la Ramaz. Better weather for this lovely climb - with a stinging middle section punching above 11%💀

Ever ridden up here? I first became aware of it when Armstrong rode his comeback tour, as it was where his tour unraveled.

It makes a great loop out from Samoëns with incredible views of Mont Blanc.

First big day of the French Alpes and Ventoux tour.

What an epic day. Rain, mist, fog … cows! 🐄

Ever been up the Col de Joux Plane in bad weather?

Normally the problem is the heat. Today it was COLD. Our riders did brilliantly - going on to ride up the Joux Verte from Morzine.

Tomorrow is the Col de la Ramaz. Let’s hope for better weather.

On the final day of our Women’s Ventoux Discovery tour we got up at 0500 to climb Mont Ventoux from Malaucene.

Do you think it was worth it?
