In a time where our attention seems to be a prime commodity that is bought and sold, it’s important to really think about one thing. How are you spending the most valuable asset you have, your time.

With much talk about an impending recession and high inflation it will be important for us to make sure we are spending out time and money wisely.

If you can solve multiple problems with one approach then this seems to be a path worth taking.

FP is a one stop shop when it comes to getting out of pain, improving movement and gaining functional strength and flexibility.

Stop wasting time you won’t get back and start investing in a system proven and back by results to turn back the clock on your fitness.

UPGRADE YOUR BODY

Charles’ story is one we hear too often at FP.

“In 2018 i had been following the lifting bro’s playbook for years. Back Squat Bench and Deadlift on repeat like a broken record.
Along with this type of training came an endless cycle of injury-recovery-reinjury. Over the course of 5 years from 2013-2018 I suffered from 2 herniated discs, a severe glute strain, and a dislocated shoulder.”

Training your body doesn’t have to come with risk of injury. When you understand how your body was made to move then your training, instead of causing injuries, will keep you injury free.

“After 3 years of gradually integrating the biomechanics and principles I’ve learned from  and focusing on moving well as an objective rather than weight on a bar, I am pain free and able to do the things I love without fear of injured. I Literally haven’t had a significant injury since 2019.

The downward spiral has become an upward spiral with improved biomechanics making room for more movement and more movement making room for feeling energized and that good energy has helped me distance myself from compulsive behaviors like over eating, drinking to much and being sedentary.”

It would be great to learn from the mistakes Charles made with his training choices that lead to injuries. But we understand most of you will need to make the same mistakes and go through the pains in order to learn.

Whether you can learn from others mistakes or have to live through some pain before you learn just remember FP has your back. Come learn how to take the guesswork out of training your body.

KNEE PAIN FIXED

Certified FP Human Biomechanics Specialist doing some great work here. Taking basic principles and putting them into reality. Lfggg!

Pain free movement after 4 years of chronic knee pain with knee arthritis with . Both videos recorded in max possible speed.

Daniel’s testimony:
“Since around 2016 I have been feeling mild pain in my right knee – I didn’t suffer any acute injury. After several months I had the MRI examination which showed a medial meniscus tear. For the next 2 years I wasn’t able to run and I was limping slightly during my gait. I was trying to rehabilitate (traditional strength training, biking, exercising in a pool) but the pain would not budge. In April 2016 I underwent a surgery followed by a standard rehab. Several months after the surgery and rehab the condition of my knee did not improve, the pain got worse and I was able to flex my knee to max 90 degrees. I was still unable to run and the limping persisted. Another MRI scan showed a mild wear and tear on the cartilage (1st stage of arthritis). After that I visited many doctors but no one was able to provide a clear solution.”

41 is the new 21

It’s not uncommon for FP doers to reach new levels physically in their older years and even get back to metrics they haven’t seen since they were younger.

Danny has reached a weight he hasn’t been since he was 22 and this was done without extreme workouts or discipline. A sustainable process of achieving your physical goals is what we are about at FP.

When you begin to address the system instead of your symptoms with FP you will begin to find out that attaining good biomechanics is more about unlearning what you think you already know about training your body than it is training your body.

Danny has been putting in 60-65% max effort into his training 2-3 days a week but has been putting 100% in trying to understand his body through an FP lens.

Here are some progress pictures of me three years ago to now. I have been doing Functional Patterns for about seven and a half years and it’s been quite a ride.

We all know change can sometimes be uncomfortable. Especially when it comes to dealing with your physical limitations which have an impactful effect on your mental, emotional and hormonal state.

What I thought was normal as it relates to diet , behavior and movement was actually not very helpful to me because I was not getting to the root of my problems.

FP has helped me zero in on my sticking points with their approach to fixing the problems with my biomechanics. It was hard to get clarity on what I needed to do to make being fit a normal thing for me.

By following the Fp’s protocols, I’ve managed to keep my weight off, be pain free, and continue to make functional upgrades in my movement. Attaining these changes has helped me to keep evolving as a person.

This change is not triggering anxiety but more so amplifying my productivity in an out of the training room. With that said I never thought I would get on this level of moving, thinking and being. There is more that I want to fix within in my body. I could say that “I can’t wait to see where this takes me,” but I already know where I’m headed with FP. I’m headed more and more towards regeneration.

7 HBS courses in less than 2 months. Atleast I think that’s what it was. Have kind of lost track of the time 😂.

This is probably my last run for atleast the next 4 or 5 years. For those still on our waiting list, don’t stress. We’re still going to be certifying people and I’m also going to ensure the quality gets better, not worse.

My job at this stage is to be a researcher. To get our students my most up to date findings as they progress down this path.

To all course participants, thank you for your cooperation. It takes courage to confront our generational trauma and do something about it. I look forward to see you all morph with the data that was imparted. 🦍🖼🚂.

The more useless we become, the harder it is for us to realize we can be self reliant in certain circumstances. As it relates to our health, I personally don’t think government officials know what they’re talking about. If they did, they wouldn’t look like zombies.

I argued with the leftists when it came to climate change. I have to argue against them as it relates to health. It’s not that they’re slightly off the mark. They’re completely off the mark here. Just speaking my piece.

It’s healthy to breathe air unobstructed. As someone who is probably the most successful figure in the field of helping people attain long term health, I’ll stand by this statement in the context of modern circumstances. Breathe air.

Don’t partake in the 🤡🌎.
