Today was another heart-warming, beautiful, engaging Saturday with our "Orphans" at Misspa Nkwen Orphanage Bamenda.

As a weekend routine, our Scrabble instructors gathered with the kids to dive into the world of Scrabble - a game that's all about words, creativity, and fun. We're not just playing; we're empowering these bright minds with new vocabulary, spelling skills, and strategic thinking.

The laughter and excitement were infectious as teams were formed, words were crafted, and scores tallied. It was truly inspiring to see the children light up with every new word they created.

A huge thank you to Sustainable Actions Afrika for making this possible. This is just the beginning, and we're excited to continue this weekly journey, watching our young friends grow, learn, and most importantly, have fun!

At Pathfinders Mind Sports Academy, we're committed to providing more than just necessities; we're here to ignite minds and open doors to new possibilities.

This Saturday marks another fun-filled Scrabble training session at Misspa Nkwen Orphanage Bamenda. For many of these bright young minds, it was their first encounter with a Scrabble board—imagine their thrill and excitement of forming their first words! It was their First time to see a Scrabble board, First time to touch it, First time to play, First time to be a winner and not just an orphan.

But that's not all! Alongside Scrabble, our dedicated volunteers lead hands-on STEM activities, diving into the fascinating worlds of electronics, robotics, solar technology, and the design thinking process. These sessions are about sparking curiosity and introducing these knowledge-hungry children to the wonders of Scrabble and STEM.

We believe every child especially vulnerable and under-resourced children and youths should have the opportunity to reach their full potential, and with our Saturday sessions, we're making that a reality one tile and one circuit at a time.
