Theatre/video training and production company The groups bureau sits monthly to debate issues concerning the troupe.
Members of the group are young persons, students and other talented youths who love theatre and film but have no opportunity either to express themselves or to study it in school. Deliberations are presented to the general assembly for examination, approval, modification or rejection. The group funds most of its productions with money from its activities.
