Aluminum hard shell — default black. 280G PU-coated polyester fabric, waterproof 3000mm, UV50+. 7cm dual-layer mattress — 2cm memory foam + 5cm high-density sponge. Stainless steel gas springs, tested to 60,000 cycles. Telescopic aluminum ladder, 2.3m standard. 300kg static capacity across all models. Private label ready — OEM/ODM available.
