Another Custom ZEN Wheelset Completed & Shipped 🔥

Here’s a recent bespoke customer build that left us yesterday.

The customer wanted something a little different from our standard finishes, choosing a split UD matte / UD gloss carbon finish, combined with silver permanent ZEN decals.

The finished wheelset came out at 1,244g.

The customer’s special patterned/painted finish increased the estimated wheelset weight to approximately 1,230g ±30g, with the completed wheelset weighing 1,244g.

We’re excited to introduce Zen Carbon’s new Moulded Spoke Hole (MR) rim range, designed for riders looking for the ultimate combination of low weight, strength and customisation.

Unlike conventional carbon rims, where the spoke holes are drilled after the rim has been moulded, MR rims have the spoke holes formed during the moulding process itself. This helps maintain carbon fibre continuity around the ni**le bed while enabling incredibly lightweight rim and wheelset builds.
