Well what can I say about your 25' Chaparral Lobos Baseball but nothing how very proud we are of these young men, From our first game opener at the Chihuahuas Stadium taking a win against Gadsden Panthers and in the middle of the season being Champions in the Hatch Valley Tournament and also being Champions in the Tularosa Tournament to our last game of the season vs Silver City and going to the State Playoffs 2nd time in a row and winning against Belen Eagles in 2 Best of 3 advancing to the Quarter Finals against Goddard Rockets where we took a lost. This team has shown some heart on some of our difficult games and even when we lost they would leave with their heads up and say on to the next coach! This year we have some names to mention that need recognition. Carlos Torres, Michael Molina and Israel Nieto made the 1st team All district. Michael Molina won the New Mexico's top performing high school baseball pitchers in 2025! Carlos Torres was selected to represent Chaparral Lobos Baseball as a Pitcher in the All-Star game being held in Las Cruces New Mexico on June 12–14. Jaime Soria was selected as an All-Star for the Fred Loya High School Baseball Series which was held at the Chihuahuas stadium where he will be recognize before the game on May 23. Very proud of ALL of the Varsity players! Go Lobos!
