And for friends who show up in the messy middle.

Noticing the beauty and synchrosity of all the pieces. 💞

What a beautiful experience leading the campers of Daydreamers Day Camp through the process of creating their own handmade paper!

Thanks to Lacey Lacey Boucher ✨ Vibes for providing such a special experience for these kiddos and to 𝙰𝙻𝚆𝙰𝚈𝚂 𝙹𝚄𝙽𝙴 𝙾𝚛𝚐𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚌 𝙵𝚊𝚛𝚖 for the beautiful outdoor space, surrounded by wildflowers 🌿🪻.

It was so nice to be back on my home turf for a while before heading back to Costa Rica.

Until next time, such gratitude for these people and places who make space for my creative heart to shine!

What a privilege it has been to teach yoga in this beautiful location over the last 6 months. To end each class listening to the waves and watching iguanas climb the trees is an experience in itself. The best part though, has been building meaningul relationships.

I am stepping away from teaching here while we are away in Canada. I will be teaching July 1 and 8, otherwise my friend and fellow teacher Lisa will be stepping in to cover my classes. Grateful for her and excited that she'll get to experience the magic of teaching in this beautiful shared space Coco Yoga and Wellness 🤍

Honour what brings you peace, joy, and purpose. Find the courage to choose what makes your soul feel safe. Be brave enough to choose the path that feels right for you, even if it doesn't make sense to others people 🧡.
