New Class just dropped from Palo Duro Canyon State Park, Texas. It’s my new Go To total body workout. I hope you enjoy it. The canyon was absolutely beautiful (and hot!) - plus we got our first flat tire in the trailer. :)

That’s a wrap! 2026 Yoga Teacher Training was a massive success. We just unleashed 10 new creative and brilliant yoga instructors trained by Erin and ready to spread their wings. So proud of you all.
