Join our Bhakti Kirtan instructor Fern Olivia, founder of Thyroid Yoga®, in an interactive workshop to free your 5th chakra, which governs our ability to express ourselves, to speak the truth, and to create. This workshop will include a special sequence to recalibrate and balance your thyroid, restorative yoga poses specifically for 5th chakra clearing, and kirtan (devotional chanting) to open the throat chakra. All levels are welcome.

Written almost 17 years ago the statement (below) has deep relevance now, more than ever.
We have a spiritual duty to keep the inner flame burning bright (Light of Awareness) for Now & our future generations; that is to increase our vibration and develop higher consciousness. Yes the health of our body is a gateway, however let's remember always that the 3 stages of mediation: Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi are ultimately where we we cultivate a deeper connection and a tend to a Spiritual Heart.
