When everything seems to pursuade me that it's all wrong it's hard to stay in awe.

But there is awe in each little seeminly mundane thing that is right.






I am forever in awe of each unique sunrise that I watch from my bed.

I am in awe of how fast Scotty, my Golden Retriever puppy is growing!

I am in awe of the Rio Pacuarito that weaves and winds through our property cascsding it's way down to the Pacific Ocean.

I think it is just awesome that I am alive, I am here incarnated as a human this time.

Why do we fight with the very gift we've been given? What is it in our energetic sphere that keeps whispering us out of awe?

As luck would have it, I grabbed the long stick. I was assigned Earth this time around.

The diversity of the landscapes on this planet creates a haven...a heavenly cosmic stop.

Sometimes the gameplay may distract us from the benefits of the big stick draw. Just being human is really all the draw asks of us.

Once upon a time, a man named Gary Guller stayed at our hotel. His is an inspirational speaker and is motto is Make Others Greater. That was the spark I needed to create my therapeutic equine program 15 years ago.

I remember when I turned forty, it hit me like a bomb. Youth was officially over.

Then I discovered that forty's were a different kind of bomb, the good kind.

I knew things. I had the means and the confidence to enter the decade with a conviction that somehow stabilized me. I had arrived at a place in my life worth recognizing.

Being human, we count the years. We measure our lives in birthdays and decades.
