🔥 June 2024 → June 2025 🔥
No shortcuts. No magic pills. Fall - Get up. Fall - Get up. Simple as that! Building new habits takes f time and consistency!
It’s just commitment, structure, and a refusal to settle.
I wasn’t “out of shape”… let’s be real! But I knew I had more in me. So I chose the harder path.
The path of ownership. Of sacrifice. Of work.
This is what happens when you stop negotiating with your excuses and start operating with standards. And I was, you know what. I picked up a goal and got some vitamin N activated 💯 - No to anything that goes against my value and my goals.
Firstly I stopped drinking! I quite, was it hard? Yes it was - but I’ve learned how to have a social life with no alcohol ( it takes time but it’s not impossible )
I’ve locked in nutrition + start tracking my KPI and training - in one word I built my own system, which was supporting my goals.
More or less this is my story 💪🏼 and there is still in me! I promise. This is just a level 3 🤝🏼

Fat loss is a side effect... and it’s not so simple, otherwise everyone will be fit and slim… and it’s effect of 👇🏻
🔹Of sleeping like a man with purpose - clear vision + action
🔸Of finally having control over food - having ups and downs is ok, having more downs then ups won’t get you anywhere near the goal that you aim for
🔹Of saying NO to distractions - I spoke about that recently - align yourself with your goals - can’t be working in opposite direction
🔸Of waking up early with intention - positive affirmations / stop complaining about everything. Most of the things that I do, frankly speaking I don’t like and don’t enjoy doing them, but this is a life! And this is a process of learning! Khalas!
🔹Of treating your training like war, learn how to enjoy this hour, not to be miserable any time you show up in the gym. Most of you are working out, not many of you are training actually
And finally ...It’s not the goal. It’s the byproduct.

I’m not here to motivate you 🫵🏽 although many of you find this as a motivation and that’s completely fine!
I’m here to show you what happens when you stop quitting on yourself and find a way not an excuse.
2024 was rough. There is nothing that goes linear in this life especially ( weight loss ) 🤣
I burned out. I broke. I almost gave up.But I didn’t QUIT! Head up boy!
Now I train. I work. I lead I give my best (which is most important)
Every day - there are not days off when it comes to believing in yourself.
I dont post things here for likes, but for legacy | I change people life’s | and I hold that, every single life that ve changed I hold accountable myself, and I am proud of that (don’t get me wrong, you need two hands to clap) but we as a human beings we been through that learning is process and you have two pants - either you do it by yourself or you hire someone to help you out.
And I will tell you something that I’ve learned, growth doesn’t come from comfort.

The gym isn’t just a place to lift weights | for me, it’s where I leave everything behind, my rent has to be paid on a daily basis 💯
It’s where I reconnect with myself, push past my limits, and find clarity in the chaos.
When I’m there, I forget what’s weighing me down and just focus on feeling strong, inside and out.
My safe space, my escape.
That’s the main reason why do I go to the gym everyday!

Training isn’t about the body | The body is just a BONUS
This body is a byproduct of 👇🏻
Waking about regularly at 5 am - and keeping up with routine ( work - holiday - weekend ) you name it! I am a routine guy and I love everything to be done on that way | all my daily things are in my calendar - my workouts on my platform | I am not tracking nutrition but I can eyeball everything. I one word I understand my body and my needs.
Not skipping the meals - protein is KING
Working out regardless of feelings | emotional intelligence
Empowering the journey rather then destination
Apart from everything that has been said, this body - It can’t be bought it has to be earned
And for me it only took 18 years of doing the same things over and over again - IMAGINE 😳
