Entries are now OPEN for the first independently held AWPC National Championships to be held on May 2.

Weigh ins and comp will be held at the same venue - Perfect Health Gym at the Soneike Shopping Centre in Kuils River.

Make sure you qualify at one of the qualifying competitions across the country before then.

Tomorrow marks the kick-off of one of WPC SA’s very first qualifiers for 2026 — Iron Gladiators, TNW Gym, Durban, the longest-running competition within WPC SA and the event where so many of our lifters began their powerlifting journey.

This meet carries history, heart, and the spirit of true iron warriors. May tomorrow be the start of many incredible journeys, new personal bests, and another strong platform for every lifter to shine, grow, and push beyond their limits.
