We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Watersports Instructor to be part of our dynamic seaside operation for the upcoming season.

The Role

This is a full-time, hands-on position that puts you at the heart of our daily watersports activities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy safe, exciting, and memorable experiences on the water.

Your day-to-day duties will include:
•Opening and preparing the watersports base each morning
•Getting boats ready, including refuelling and safety checks
•Operating boats and leading a variety of watersports activities, such as:
•Jet ski rentals
•Paddleboarding and kayaking
•Towing inflatables
•Wakeboarding and waterskiing
•Boat trips and other water-based experiences

Requirements
•A valid speedboat licence
•Proven experience operating boats and running watersports activities
•A professional, friendly attitude and strong safety awareness

Contract Period

From April/May until the end of October or mid-November, depending on seasonal conditions.

Working Hours

Expect long, rewarding days from approximately 08:00 until sunset, with one day off per week.

Salary

A competitive salary, based on experience, will be offered.

We are employing for the season 2026 April/may --2-- october/November , watersports experience required with boat licence and European passport! We provide accommodation 5 minutes from the work place. We are located in cyprus protaras, green bay beach.
