It’s training day!

Get to training. We all know that rugby is a lot easier when you're properly prepared physically and mentally.

Helping your club doesn't always mean donating time or money. There are a lot of small daily actions that you can do to help improve the visibility of your club. When we all pitch in, growth becomes easier.

There's never a wrong time to get involved in rugby. Whether you're trying it for the first time, returning after years away, or wanting to get involved as a volunteer. Get out there, find your local club and have some fun!

Sport, in general, has given me the opportunity to express myself throughout my life. Rugby more than any other sport by a long way. It challenges you both physically and mentally. Who doesn't love unlocking puzzles? Now, do it tired and while other people are trying to smash into you.

There's no wonder why it helps people disconnect from the stress of daily life. There is simply no room for it while you're playing rugby. In many ways it has a dissociative effect. Which is clinically proven to be beneficial in helping people deal with stress and trauma.

Go chase your rugby dreams!

Another weekend of grassroots rugby is upon us. Best wishes to everyone out in Clubland! May your weekend be filled with fun, laughter and community.

Special thanks goes out to all of the volunteers, coaches, refs, and helpers giving their time so that others can play.

𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲. 🕊️❤️

We stepped out onto the pitch tonight with heavy hearts but full of pride. Before kickoff, both teams came together to observe a flawless one-minute silence to honor and remember an absolute legend.

We kitted ourselves out, gave it everything we had, and played every single minute in his memory. You will be deeply missed, Terry, but never forgotten.

Thank you to everyone who turned up, showed respect, and supported the family and the club tonight.

🖤 IN MEMORY OF TERRY

At the start of training on Thursday 1st October, we will hold a one-minute silence in memory of Terry, followed by a symbolic game of touch rugby in his honour.

Everyone is welcome to join us, wearing whatever rugby kit you have.

As a mark of respect to Terry, we would really appreciate everyone being there and taking part in the minute’s silence.

A simple chance for the rugby family to come together and remember one of our own. 🖤🏉
