Did you know that horses can’t burp or vomit?😳

Due to a very strong and tight muscular valve between the oesophagus and stomach, the cardiac sphincter, that prevents food or gas from returning upward, their digestive system is basically a one way street..

So unlike us, with a ‘reverse’ option, horses are way more sensitive than you’d think!

Sometimes we get lost in the process. We let our emotions take over and forget why we began in the first place — for the love of the horse, for the quiet serenade that plays in our minds when we’re in the saddle, for the way the world softens and stills when we’re near them.

Everyone progresses in different time frames 😊

Every body is different. Every rider is different. Each brings their own strengths, challenges, and experiences into the saddle. Progress is influenced by so many factors — how often you ride, the mindset you bring to each ride, how your body feels on the day…

Growth in riding is never linear. Some days feel effortless, others require patience and trust. Consistency is built through self-awareness and a continued willingness to grow and learn.

Progress is most sustainable when one is able to work at a pace that suits their individual needs, one that allows for confidence and communication to develop over time.

There is no single timeline for success in the saddle. Each journey is unique, and every step forward — no matter how small — is meaningful 🐎🤍
